Where do I even start with Jack? I have been a client of Jack’s for the past few years. When I first started training with Jack at FitnessFraternity I was out of shape & tired all the time. I knew then it was time to change and take my health seriously. After just a few PT sessions I knew I’d found an experienced & knowledgable person to help me out. Fast forward a year, I’ve lost weight, gained muscle & feel 100% fitter - but above all else I feel better within myself.

What an impact Reema’s help and guidance has had on my health and fitness. I was overweight when I joined and did no exercise at all. With Reema’s help and guidance I am pleased to say that I am working towards my target weight, but more importantly I am enjoying exercising for the first time in my life. She really is a great ambassador for the health and the fitness industry, a true professional. She is so obviously passionate about health and fitness and is always keen to give advice and tips on exercising and help me find alternative exercise options when needed. It became clear to me very quickly that Neil was equally invested in each and every one of his clients and sincerely care about their individual progress. In only 6 months of training here I’ve seen results I never thought possible. I’ve changed as a person for the better both inside and out and what’s more, I’ve gained invaluable knowledge which will enable me to hold my own in the gym and manage my diet effectively for the rest of my life – no more tearing my hair out trying to make sense of all the conflicting information online!
I started training with Neil back in October 2018. Since then, I have grown in confidence both inside and outside the gym and I am stronger both physically and mentally. Neil has not only helped bring out this individual in me- he has taught me to be self-aware, to be disciplined and shown me that even through the toughest of times, you can accomplish some incredible things. I have found that for many women (like my prior self) or even just complete beginners (male or female) it can be a very daunting task to walk into a gym and head straight into the weights section....yet, unlike many trainers, Neil does not consider you any different from himself - he is an extremely humble individual; he truly knows and believes that everyone has to start somewhere - just like he himself did. I couldn’t recommend a more well-rounded, knowledgeable individual to help any person with their own fitness journey. Neil has both the ability to act as a coach and to be a friend- he has helped me develop so much as a person over the past few years and I couldn’t thank him enough for that. He truly is, what I’d consider to be, the best PT in all of the Northeast.
I have been training with Jack for over three years now and it’s one of the best decisions I have ever made. You are fully supported, beyond the fun innovative gym sessions, to achieve your goals in the best way that fits you. I was training out of the same gym that Jack worked with his clients. This allowed me to gauge his manner, methods, and most importantly results, before deciding to become a client myself. What Jack does differently to other PT’s is really get to know you as a person, and what it is you want from your training.
